By using the AmaniHaus website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
All AmaniHaus products are made to order. Once your order is placed, our design team will create a calligraphy proof based on the name(s) you submitted. You will receive this proof via email within 48 hours. Nothing goes to print until you have approved the design.
By placing an order, you confirm that the name(s) submitted are accurate and that you have the right to use them. AmaniHaus is not responsible for errors in names submitted by the customer.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after design approval. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. AmaniHaus is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the AmaniHaus website are the intellectual property of AmaniHaus. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission. The calligraphy designs created for you are for personal use only and may not be resold or used commercially.
AmaniHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
