Because every AmaniHaus product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each piece is designed, reviewed, and approved by you before it goes to print — so we ask that you review your design proof carefully before giving the green light.
After placing your order, you will receive a digital design proof via email within 48 hours. Nothing is printed until you explicitly approve the design. By approving the proof, you confirm that:
If you receive a product that is defective (e.g. print error, manufacturing fault) or does not match the approved design proof, we will offer a full remake or refund at no additional cost. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the issue.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing if the correct size was selected at checkout. If you received the wrong size compared to what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the design process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@amanihaus-co.com.
